| The PAR
LEVEL program is a series of yoga-based exercise movements
that support golf-specific flexibility, strength, balance,
and focus in order to help you enhance your golf game and
your overall well-being. This DVD includes an extensive warm-up
series. The PAR LEVEL program pays special attention to the
shoulders, low back and hamstrings.
The BIRDIE LEVEL program builds
upon the basic foundation to increase flexibility, strength,
balance and breathing. Designed for continuing Yoga For Golfers
students. More physically active than the PAR series, the
BIRDIE series enhances the golf game by increasing strength,
power and speed. This program uses more standing poses, balancing
poses and focus on core conditioning.
The EAGLE LEVEL program includes
yoga Sun Salutations and other continuous series of poses
designed to increase flexibility, strength and cardiovascular
conditioning necessary for endurance, speed and a consistent
repeatable swing. Designed for golfers who are more physically
fit and have previous yoga experience.
